Which data is processed?

This site has no membership, account, payment or contact form, and does not store your personal data on our own servers.

• Custom cake form: what you type in the form only turns into a ready-made WhatsApp message in your browser. If you send the message, it reaches us via WhatsApp; from that point your data is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and to our order process.
• Phone, WhatsApp, Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Go: the name, phone number, address and order details you send us through these channels are processed to fulfil your order.
• Server logs: the infrastructure hosting the site may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, visit time) for security and operation.

Preferences stored in your browser

For convenience, the following preferences are stored only in the browser memory (localStorage / sessionStorage) on your own device; they are not sent to us and you can delete them by clearing your browser data:

• The language you chose (Turkish, English, Kurdish),
• Your allergen filter selections in the menu,
• The notice bar you closed (for that session only),
• "Stop motion" preference,
• Settings you make in the Accessibility Menu (text size, contrast etc.; the menu developed by Kaya Software stores these settings only on your device and does no tracking).

Cookies

Our site does not use cookies of its own and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools. The preferences listed above are not cookies; they are settings stored on your device only through actions you start, and they are needed to run the site as you wish, so they do not require consent. The only exception is Google Maps: the map is provided by Google and Google may use cookies once it is loaded. For this reason the map is not loaded until you choose “Allow the map” in the cookie banner or press the “Load the map” button; no connection to Google is made. You can withdraw your permission at any time with the “Cookie preferences” button in the footer; after you do, the map is not loaded again and the directions link keeps working. Google's cookie and privacy practices apply to that map.

Third-party services

The site includes links or embedded content from services that have their own privacy policies: Google Maps, WhatsApp, Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Go, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. When you move to these services, their terms apply; the relevant providers are responsible for the data processing carried out by these services.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

Your data is processed to receive and deliver your orders, answer your questions, maintain service quality and fulfil legal obligations; on the grounds, under KVKK Art. 5/2, that it is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, a legal obligation and legitimate interest.

Your rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad; to request correction if incomplete or incorrect; to request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Applications are concluded as soon as possible depending on their nature and within thirty days at the latest.
