Bakery Lab opens its doors every day at 06:00. In the kitchen, trays go into the oven one after another and the display slowly fills.

Noon: fresh gözleme.

The gözleme is prepared fresh every day; it's sliced hot, generously filled. Poğaça and açma are on the counter too.

Where are we?

Bakery Lab is on Urfa Boulevard in Bağlar. We are near the Radisson junction and the Maternity Hospital, in the building with the BakeryLab sign on its façade. In front there is a wide square, a car park and a bus stop.
