# How do you order, how does it arrive?

There are four ways to order from Bakery Lab. On this page we've summarized which one suits you, how each works and what to watch out for.

## Opening hours

Every day 06:00 – 00:00. Hours may change on holidays and special days; the current status appears in the "open / closed" note on the home page and in the notice bar.

## Ordering via WhatsApp

Write to 0547 107 21 21: tell us the products, quantities and when you'd like to pick them up. Our team confirms your order and lets you know when it is ready.

## Home delivery

Home delivery is made through Yemeksepeti and Trendyol Go. The delivery area, fee and estimated time are shown on the relevant platform according to your address.

## Custom-designed cake

- **Fill in the form.** On the [Custom Cake](ozel-pasta) page, enter the occasion, number of people, date and your design idea.
- **Send the message.** Your details turn into a ready-made WhatsApp message; you can edit it before sending.
- **Add an example.** If you like, add your sample picture to the same chat.
- **We reply.** Our store team tells you the price and delivery time, and answers your questions about design and recipe there.

We recommend writing a few days before your date. You can pick up the cake at our store; if you want delivery to an address, mention it in your message.

## Payment

No payment is taken on this site and no card details are requested. Payment is made in the channel where you placed the order (platform or store). You can call us for the payment methods accepted in the store.

## Changes and cancellation

For platform orders, changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the relevant platform. For WhatsApp and custom cake orders, write to us as soon as possible; depending on the stage of preparation, our team will tell you the options.

## Allergies and special requests
