The product varieties, opening hours and product availability on the site are for information only. Since products are prepared daily, some may be sold out. We try to keep the information up to date; however, momentary differences may occur.

Allergen information may be compiled from product names, descriptions and standard recipes; it is not considered verified recipe by recipe unless marked "confirmed". A product not listing an allergen does not mean it is free of it. Because products are prepared in the same kitchen, cross-contact is possible. People with allergies should contact us before ordering and confirm exact information with us. Subject to the warnings above, responsibility for decisions made on the basis of allergen information rests with the user.

## Order

No payment is taken and no order contract is formed through this site. Orders are placed via WhatsApp, phone, Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Go or our store; the terms of the relevant channel apply. The custom cake form only creates a ready-made WhatsApp message; the order, price and delivery time are settled in the conversation with our store team.

## Intellectual property

The photos, videos, texts, logos and designs on the site belong to Bakery Lab or are published with permission; they may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission. The names and logos of Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Go, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google belong to their respective owners.
