# Inspired by tradition, modern touches.

Bakery Lab is a new-generation bakery and patisserie serving in Bağlar, Diyarbakır. On this page you can find who we are, what we do and how we serve you.

## Who are we?

As "New-Generation Diyarbakır Bakery", Bakery Lab operates on Urfa Boulevard in Bağlar. We open our doors at six every morning and serve fresh bakery products, cakes and desserts until midnight.

We describe ourselves as "a first in the East and Southeast": a place that brings the warmth of traditional baking together with the technique of modern patisserie.

## What do we prepare?

The sign on our façade has six headings; our product groups are shaped around them.

### Croissant

Layered, buttery dough in round, square and crescent shapes; with chocolate, strawberry, almond and Antep pistachio.

### Poğaça, simit and açma

Cheese, olive, labneh and potato poğaça baked fresh every day; simit, çörek and açma varieties.

### Artisan bread

Round artisan bread with a crispy crust, in daily varieties.

### Cakes, tarts and desserts

Layer cakes, tarts and tartlets, cup desserts, rice pudding, éclairs, profiteroles and dry pastries.

### Espresso

A cup of espresso to go with your cake or croissant.

### Soft drinks

Fresh lemonade, hibiscus and cold drinks.

## Our services

- **In the dining room and on the terrace:** sit and enjoy food and drinks in our airy dining room, on our terrace and in our garden.
- **Takeaway:** have the products you chose from the display prepared and head out.
- **Home delivery:** have it brought to your address via Yemeksepeti and Trendyol Go.
- **WhatsApp orders:** write, we prepare it, you pick it up.
- **Custom-designed cakes:** for birthdays, engagements, weddings and special days; [fill in the form](ozel-pasta) and have your message ready.
- **Bulk orders:** for catering, meetings and celebrations, write to us in advance.

## Quality and hygiene

We base our production on quality and hygiene. We try to be transparent about allergens: we show the allergens listed for the products on our menu, and we say a product contains no allergens only if it has been verified. Because many products are prepared in the same kitchen, we also state the possibility of cross-contact openly.

## Our venue

A sparkling, high-ceilinged, airy dining room; a calm terrace and garden in the evenings. Enjoy the sweet you picked from the display next to your tea, slowly, with your loved ones. In front of us there is a wide square, a car park and a bus stop.
